City of Edinburgh Macmillan Welfare Rights Partnership

The Macmillan Welfare Rights Partnership provides advice, advocacy and information on welfare benefits and entitlements to people affected by cancer living in Edinburgh. We provide a free and confidential specialist Welfare Rights service to people living with cancer and to their families.

We can advise on a range of issues including benefits, income maximisation, housing and debt. We can also help you with form completion, advocacy and representation at tribunals. Our aim is to strive to ensure that people affected by cancer receive the support and help they need. Office based. Where necessary we can carry out home visits or see customers in other locations such as hospital, hospice etc.

Covers people who are resident within the City of Edinburgh.
